The account executive is responsible for the sale of the organization's products and services, through lead generation, referrals, and current customers. The account executive is expected to maintain certain quotas as defined by the CEO and sales manager and will be measured throughout the year accordingly.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to,
the following:
Bachelor degree in business or related field preferred
Knowledge of various recruiting and/or relationship sales techniques
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Flexibility, creativity, and ability to work in a non-structured, developing work environment
Demonstrated capacities to think “outside the box”, communicate, and motivate customers to adopt the company’s products, programs, and new ideas
Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and Esri, as well as social media environments
Excellent oral/written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills
Excellent customer relationship skills
