Overview
This release addresses bug fixes to the CrescentLink SOE in addition to compatibility changes for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 and 11.3. The same widget can be used on both 11.2 and 11.3, the SOE used however is specific to the version of enterprise. Both versions of the SOE are included as assets in the release.

1. Inaccurate Distance Trace Results Ending on a Cable with Additional Storage
- Fixed Issue: When the distance reached ends on a cable with additional storage, the distance trace now accurately estimates it’s location along the ending cable taking into consideration the additional storage locations on that cable.
- Impact: Users will now see a more accurate distance trace location when the distance reached ends on a cable with additional storage.
- User Feedback: Customer reports of this inaccuracy helped us identify this issue quickly.
