Introducing Service Suite
CrescentLink already documents the physical layer: cable routes, splice points, and connectivity. Service Suite adds the logical layer directly on top of it, interfaced with the physical data you already manage, so circuits, services, and leases live in the same GIS system of record instead of a separate spreadsheet.
- Circuits. A defined pathway between an A and Z location, built on physical strand connections or the newly released wavelength based modeling.
- Services. What you offer, from bandwidth delivery to dark fiber leases and reservations, tied directly to the physical infrastructure carrying it.
- Leases. The end user and contractual detail attached to the assets in use, reportable alongside the rest of your network data.
Before you adopt: Service Suite requires a CrescentLink database schema update and runs on ArcGIS Pro 3.7 with .NET 10. GEOGRAPH handles the update with your team at no additional cost.
