New Marketing Coordinator
EASLEY, SC – July 25, 2023 – GEOGRAPH Technologies, LLC is proud to announce Elisabeth Ford has joined the company as a Marketing Coordinator working out of the company’s corporate office on West Main Street in downtown Easley.
In her new role, Ford will be part of the Marketing Team and she will assist in managing the company’s website, the trade show program, and all social media platforms. She will also assist with the launch of new software solutions and in planning the Company’s annual user conference event. Ford will report to Karen Illes, GEOGRAPH Director of Marketing.
Ford expects to embrace all that is marketing while using her educational background, and past internship experience, to increase GEOGRAPH’s engagement with both existing and new customers. She noted “I’m excited to join GEOGRAPH and begin my full-time career in corporate marketing. I look forward to learning the GIS software market place and to the opportunity to gain increased exposure to all facets of marketing.”
While attending university, Ford completed a marketing internship with Spartanburg Gives, a public benefit corporation that was created to amplify the efforts of local non-profit organizations in the Spartanburg, SC area. Ford assisted in managing the organization’s digital marketing efforts and with event planning. She helped organize the Brew Good event for Giving Tuesday which is an initiative for the global day of giving. Ford particularly enjoyed getting involved with various Spartanburg non-profit organizations that she was involved with as a child.
Ford is a recent graduate of the Wilbur & Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University. She received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Management and Non-Profit Leadership. She has recently relocated to the Easley area and in her spare time she enjoys pickleball, cooking, acrylic and watercolor painting, and traveling to the beaches of the southeast. She’s proud to be part of a family with 15 Clemson alumni and is a big supporter of their football, baseball, and basketball teams.
