GEOGRAPH Promotes Grey Pittman to Director of Customer Experience

EASLEY, SC – June 1, 2022 – GEOGRAPH Technologies, LLC is proud to announce the promotion of Grey Pittman to Director of Customer Experience. In his new role Pittman will lead a team of Account Managers to manage new and existing customer relationships as they embark on their fiber management software journey with the company. He will also continue to managed the company’s sales strategy and will drive new business development efforts.


Pittman has been with the firm since 2018 and joined as an Account Manager. During his time with the Company he helped to formalize and improve the sales process and sales training program. Pittman stated “I am excited to further expand partnerships with our customers and am glad to grow the sales team while also placing more emphasis on strategic sales planning.”


Pittman has always focused on educating GEOGRAPH’s customers and he has spent considerable time working with the Company’s Professional Services team to understand and enhance the customer training, product support, and software implementation processes. Pittman stated “My approach is to better equip and educate our customers with the skills needed to improve and become successful”.


Pittman’s future goals include a focus on helping the Company to be even more of a trusted resource and partner, not only for software solutions, but for GIS industry expertise as well.


Prior to joining GEOGRAPH Pittman was an Account Manager for a solutions and services provider in the heavy industrial market. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of South Carolina. He is married to wife, Sarah, and has a rescue dog Boomer. He enjoys traveling, rugby, and Cross-Fit training in his spare time.
