1. Additional Cable Highlight Issue

Enhancements
1. Canceling Additional Cable Additions
- Enhancement: When placing additional cable users now have the option of canceling the addition before placing the cable.
- Improvements: Added an ‘x’ to the pop-up when selecting a feature that had multiple objects.
- User Scenarios: Users can intuitively cancel the placement of additional cable in the event a incorrect feature was selected.
