GEOGRAPH Welcomes Jason Bear as Customer Experience Specialist

EASLEY, SC – October 19, 2022 – GEOGRAPH Technologies, LLC is proud to announce Jason Bear has joined the company as a Customer Experience Specialist working out of the corporate office on West Main Street in downtown Easley.


In his role, Bear will manage a base of current and new customers using a consultative approach to understand needs and provide solutions that create success. He will support about half of GEOGRAPH’s customer base.


Bear has a 20+ year background with customer sales and service, working mainly in the technology and software sectors. He is returning to GEOGRAPH after a few years with Palmetto Tech. He stated “I’m passionate about customer service and making sure the client is informed and has the knowledge and tools to be the best they can be.”


Bear prides himself on building lasting relationships with his accounts. He also commented “I believe it is important to ask questions to gain a solid understanding of how a customer might best benefit by using GIS and our fiber management software product.”


Bear holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Clemson University. He is married to wife, Jaimee and together they have a blended family of seven, and two grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, routing for the Atlanta Braves, and coaching baseball — after having played baseball for three years at University of South Carolina – Upstate before transferring to Clemson.
