EASLEY, SC – April 4, 2024 – GEOGRAPH Technologies, LLC is proud to announce Trenton Carlson has joined the company in the role of Customer Experience Specialist, working out of the corporate office in downtown Easley, SC.
In his role, Carlson will manage a base of current and new customers using a consultative approach to provide geographic information systems fiber mapping software solutions that create operational efficiency. He will report to Grey Pittman, Director of Customer Experience, and support one-third of the company’s customer base while focusing on customer service.
Carlson has 10 years’ experience in sales and account management working for Rest Assured Pest Control, a family-owned business in Laguna Niguel, CA. During his time at Rest Assured, Carlson held increasingly responsible positions from Field Representative to Account Manager. He successfully led efforts to improve the organization’s marketing outreach and lead generation efforts by maintaining excellent customer relationships, streamlining the CRM process, improving field routes, and updating field tech software. He also deployed a pest management program which helped improve customer retention efforts and increased sales by 10%
Carlson enjoys working with customers and helping them through the sales process and to the end point of customer satisfaction. He stated; “I am excited to join the GEOGRAPH team and to have the ability to grow both personally and professionally. The culture at GEOGRAPH is amazing and I look forward to helping manage and increase the company’s customer base.”
Carlson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from California State University, Fullerton. He recently relocated to South Carolina and lives in Woodruff with his wife, Elizabeth, and their dog, Fennec. In his spare time, he enjoys working out; participating in both weight training and cardio activities, watching movies, and gaming on his home theater system.
