EASLEY, SC – June 1, 2022 – GEOGRAPH Technologies, LLC is proud to announce the promotion of DJ Henrique to Director of Professional Services. In his new role Henrique will lead a team of GIS Analysts to assist new customers with onboarding efforts such as data migration and training. He will also continue to manage the company’s customer support initiative where his customer service efforts have earned his team a 100% customer satisfaction rating. In addition, Henrique will also help clients with fiber network planning and design, remote GIS management, and GIS consulting services.
Henrique is one of the four Co-Founders of the company and has been with the firm since its founding in July of 2018. During this time, he has worked to build the customer support team by instituting a formal program that includes the management of daily customer support inquiries as well as a quarterly training program. Henrique stated “I love the opportunity to work with our customers and enjoy developing long- term working relationships with them. We partner together to improve their fiber network management work and they know we are here to support their efforts.”
Henrique has also created a library of informational videos and articles that serve to educate and inform users on GEOGRAPH software product functionality and GIS fiber network management best practices.
Henrique has always focused on helping and educating GEOGRAPH’s customers. He stated “At the end of the day – I want the customer to be so successful in using our fiber management software that they don’t need us.” His future goals include improved planning and forecasting for customer support needs while nurturing and growing the team to manage those needs.
Prior to joining GEOGRAPH Henrique was Director of Sales and Marketing at Palmetto Engineering. He is married to wife, Stevie and has two young boys. He enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with his family.
