GEOGRAPH Welcomes Brett Giblin as New Customer Experience Specialist

EASLEY, SC – October 19, 2022 – GEOGRAPH Technologies, LLC is proud to announce Brett Giblin has joined the company as a Customer Experience Specialist working out of the corporate office on West Main Street in downtown Easley.


In his role, he will manage a base of current and new customers using a consultative approach to provide solutions that create success. He will support about half of GEOGRAPH’s customer base.


Giblin has a 15+ year background with customer service, having worked for Hyatt Hotels and The Cliffs in South Carolina and with The Wilmington Country Club, in Delaware.


In addition to his work experience, Giblin has dedicated many years to helping others. In 2015 he went on a mission trip to Africa with 5Point Church where he supported a satellite church in Tabora, Tanzania and the surrounding communities. He is also proud to have joined the soccer coaching staff at J.L. Mann High School in Greenville from 2018-2020. And in 2021 he volunteered for a week at the Chestnut Mountain Ranch, a not-for-profit young men’s school in West Virginia dedicated to helping foster healthy and successful futures for 12-15 year-old boys.


Giblin looks forward to sharing his background in customer service with his new GEOGRAPH clients. He states “My passion for service and developing relationships provides me with a strong foundation to help our clients with their fiber management needs.”


Giblin holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business with a concentration in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware. He is an avid hiker and runner and spends many weekends in the surrounding mountains, often hiking/running more than 10 miles in a day. He also enjoys golf and is rooting for the Philadelphia Phillies in this years World Series of Baseball.
